Cooking Methods :)
One main cooking method used here is substituting ingredients. Very little oil is used to lightly cook the meal to retain the crunchiness and natural flavor of the foods. Here, we use metallic utinsils only to keep our foods hot and fresh.

Its cool that they use little oil to cook with.
